A Writer's Review of “Gentleman of Her Dreams" by Jen Turano

There’s a cute little novella called Gentleman of Her Dreams FREE for kindle right now. It’s somewhat of an introduction to Jen Turano and her witty style of writing regency era comedic romances, as well as a head dive into her debut novel, A Chance of Fortune, which comes out in November.

Although it’s incredibly short (I’m not necessarily one who likes novellas, let alone lighthearted, fun-filled romantic comedies... I couldn’t resist this one when I saw it was FREE and set during the Regency era), the progress of the story is gripping and Henry St. James and Charlotte Wilson are, for lack of a better word, adorable together.

Tagged onto the end of the novella is the first chapter of A Change of Fortune, which happens to begin during the very same dinner party which is taking place when Gentleman of Her Dreams ends.
